In the practical application of PCB, due to the needs of wiring, structure and over-current, drilling operation is needed. In order to protect PCB board and improve the positioning accuracy of drilling hole, it is often necessary to put a layer of cover material aluminium foil in PCB drilling .
Using aluminum foil PCB drilling cover material, high performance aluminum base cover material for PCB drilling was prepared. Through the analysis and test of the basic performance of the PCB aluminum base cover plate, it is preliminarily concluded that the aluminum base cover plate is expected to play an excellent role in improving the drilling accuracy, prolonging the service life of the drill bit and easy cleaning after PCB drilling.
