Process flow of double sided aluminum substrate
(1) Control of the first aluminum plate drilling.

(3) Expansion and contraction control after aluminum plate pressing.
Measure the expansion and contraction of aluminum plate with three-dimensional element; When stretching the drilling belt for the second drilling according to the expansion and contraction ratio, it is concentric with the first aluminum plate drilling.
(4) Control of profile drape.
CNC speed and cutting speed are reduced by 30% on the original basis and cooled by spraying alcohol; It is produced with special milling cutter for aluminum substrate, with a service life of 20000 ~ 30000.
